My wife and I bought a Cassone home in 2009, with an occupancy date of January 2010. From the initial meeting we felt we were special.
We met with Rob Haslett and his wife Sue Cassone to go over the plans and the explanation of what would be included in the cost. The meeting lasted a couple of hours and when we left we could not believe our good luck. We were impressed with the professionalism and dedication to detail that we had not received before from any builder. It was explained to us that we would be involved in all aspects of the project and informed when major milestones were to happen. We learned that we had specific budgets for the plumbing fixtures, light fixtures and tiles, paint, hardwood etc.
We also wanted some minor modifications to the plan and they were accepted. We were kept informed at every major milestone and invited to view the progress on a regular basis. We were very impressed with the quality of the construction and many people who viewed the progress with us indicated that this was indeed a beautifully built, quality home.
At no time did we experience any surprises or hidden costs. Rob was straightforward and honest and never once did we have a misunderstanding on what we wanted and/or expected. We were told when we bought the home that it would be “stunning” and it is absolutely true and we have been told this by everyone who visits us.

We are not only pleased with the attractive edifice that Cassone Construction has built but also impressed with the way the project was carried out.
The quality of the workmanship and the meticulous attention to every aspect of the project clearly indicates that your company is a class act.
Above all for us who live next door the fact that the site was always tidy and that we were not in any way disturbed or inconvienced by construction noise or traffic congestion was truly remarkable.

This was my first new home and I was more than a little intimidated by the process; the myriad of choices I was offered seemed almost overwhelming. Fortunately Rob from Cassone was there to help me through it all, not only providing me with his own input but also introducing me to one best decorators in the city who really helped guide me through my selections. Suddenly putting a new house together became fun and certainly within budget.
Building a custom home is a very personal thing. I had lots of questions, which were always dealt with, with the utmost patience and flexibility. The people from Cassone were a pleasure to deal with. Everything was done on time and as promised, the quality of workmanship was excellent, I couldn’t be prouder of my new home. Their service before, during and after the building of my home has been superb, in all it was a great experience.

Cassone Construction made my experience as a first-time new homeowner a terrific one. Not only did they work hard to ensure that my new house was quality built, they added many special touches that made my house feel like home.
