New Construction
Cassone Construction Ltd. is a full- service new home builder in the city of Ottawa and surrounding areas. We are able to take any residential project from concept to occupancy. This includes planning, minor variances, zoning changes, site plan development approvals, design, permits, site development, construction, and landscaping. We are also able to provide a full range of financial services and options to help you get into your new home.
Renovations
Since we’re equipped to build custom homes from scratch, we also have the skill-sets to carry out large scale renovations when the projects call for our trusted experience and expertise. While Cassone Construction is able to deliver amazing quality results, large and small, for almost any project, our availability and expertise often mean that we must be very selective of which projects we undertake. We often decline single bathroom and rec-room renovations, choosing instead to focus on full-scale additions and complete home remodeling.
Consulting Services
With over 30 years in the homebuilding business, Cassone Construction Ltd. is able to provide a wealth of insight and experience in the arenas of project management, restoration, insurance, and general building inquiries. These services are fee-based and are negotiated based on the projects merits and estimated duration.
